Low-back pain is very common for. Often the pain is centered on the sacroiliac joint, which is a place in the lower back where the sacrum joins the hip. You have these two joints, one on each side. If the tendon joints pushed, pulled, or pulled too much in the wrong direction, they can become inflamed, causing pain around the pelvis and lower back.

In some cases running to help ease the pain; in other cases, the rest is the best. Do what feels right for you. This condition usually fixes itself, but when it interferes with your life, contact your doctor to discuss other treatment options
