The stomach (abdominal) pain or cramps are common in pregnancy. They usually do not have to worry about, but they can sometimes be a sign of something more serious that needs to be examined.

This may have something to worry about if a mild pain and is lost when you change positions, resting, doing dirt or pass wind. But if you have abdominal pain and are worried, contact your midwife or maternity hospital
